Your identity data such as your name, surname, TR ID number, passport number or temporary TR ID number if you are not a Turkish citizen, place and date of birth, marital status, gender information, and a photocopy of the TR ID Card or Driving License you have submitted,

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

METHOD AND LEGAL REASON FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is collected and processed in all kinds of verbal, written, visual or electronic media, for the purposes stated above and to carry out all kinds of work within the scope of TETAŞ's field of activity within the legal framework, and in this context, for TETAŞ to fully and properly fulfill its contractual and legal obligations. YOUR RIGHTS TOWARDS THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the law and relevant legislation;
Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
Requesting information if personal data has been processed,
Accessing and requesting personal health data,
Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
Requesting correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data,
In case personal data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request the correction of these and/or the deletion or destruction of personal data to be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
Objecting to the emergence of a result that is unfavorable to the individual by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
In case of damage due to personal data being processed unlawfully, you have the right to request compensation for the damage.
DATA SECURITY AND RIGHT OF APPLICATION
Your personal data is meticulously protected within technical and administrative means, and the necessary security measures are provided at a level appropriate to possible risks, taking into account technological possibilities. In accordance with the 1st paragraph of Article 13 of the KVK Law, you can submit your request to exercise your above-mentioned rights to our Company in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
In order to exercise your above-mentioned rights, you must provide the necessary information to identify you and the Personal Data Protection Law.
Your request containing your explanations regarding the right you wish to exercise among the rights specified in Article 11.

Our company will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, we will charge the fee at the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
